At Magnolia Pearl, we want you to cherish your unique pieces; if you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to the artisanal nature of our garments, items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Magnolia Pearl hangtags and labels remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
